About Me

Who am I?

My name is Stephanie Sandifer and I work as an online instructor, author, and consultant. In addition to authoring Change Agency, I also write for the LeaderTalk blog and ThisMommyGig. With over 13 years of experience in education and Master’s degrees in both Studio Art and Educational Leadership, my background includes teaching studio art, design, computer graphics, animation, and a research methods course. In addition to teaching at the high school and college levels, I have extensive instructional leadership experience and have served as a Smaller Learning Community Coordinator, Literacy Coach, School Improvement Facilitator, Curriculum Specialist, and Dean of Instruction at the high school level while constantly being a strong advocate for technology integration across the curriculum. I have presented regionally and nationally on topics ranging from technology integration, Web 2.0, effective instructional strategies, comprehensive school reform, and effective data analysis.

Why did I start blogging about education?
